I add 1/4 c. rolled oats to 1 frozen banana, peanut butter and 1 c. oat milk. If you have a strong blender the oats make it creamy and extra healthy.
I like this recipe; I eat bananas and peanut butter cashew almond butter or sunflower seed butter dotted with nice plump raisins + cinnamon~
