Winter will be slightly warmer than normal, with below-normal precipitation. Snowfall will be near normal in the north and above normal in the south. The coldest periods will occur from mid-January into early February and in late February, while the most snow will arrive in late December, late February, and early March. April and May will be warmer than normal, with above-normal rainfall. Summer will be warmer than normal, with below-normal rainfall. The hottest periods will be in early to mid-July and from late July into early August.
