You might be watering them too much. Let the soil dry out between waterings. It’s impossible to give an exact amount. Water when the soil is dry.

Some impatiens plants are also experiencing a downy mildew that causes severe defoliation and flower drop. Nursery and landscape plants were affected by the plants.
