This works for me. I hope it will help someone else too. I take 6oz of water, 1 Tbsp of real lemon juice, 1 tsp of grade B maple syrup and a dash of cayenne pepper. Shake and drink after a heavy meal. In the morning you will feel better. This cleanse has help me drop 25 lbs.
