Amen and as I've aged it's getting harder to adjust.. the fall back suits my circadian rhythm soo much better so I've figured out 1 remedy. In the spring if yall want to lose an hour knock yourselves out but my clock isn't changing...it's called passive resistance. Fortunately i don't work. I guess my military career may have been curtailed if i took this attitude but if 50% of the population did it these idiot law makers would be forced to deal. Maybe now that we Republicans have the house it will finally change to what our bodies prefer. We've got enough contributing to mental illness we don't need sleep depravation as well.
