By "process" for 15 minutes, do you mean in a water bath canner or pressure cooker?

Well my grandson and I decided to try Dill Beans. We did ok except for knowing exactly how much a stem of dill is. I have a feeling they will be very dilly!! We shall see in a couple weeks. Live and learn! My grandson got his "cooking lesson" and we enjoyed it.
No worries, you can never have too much dill in dilly beans.
